Chaîne des Rôtisseurs

The National Chapter for the country of Costa Rica was founded in 2005 by Alain Taulere. Listen to his story in the following video (sorry, audio in Spanish only).

We currently have more than 70 members including some of the best hotels and restaurants in the country, as well as members of many other professions. Our headquarters is located in Playa Flamingo.

We have two regional chapters: San José and Guanacaste and we hold events several times a year throughout the country. You can follow our activities on Facebook and Instagram.
